ANS6. Following are the steps to Troubleshoot a computer:-
1. Identify the Problem-Observe carefully and understand what exactly is not working or behaving differently.
2. Check the Basics- Make sure power is on, cables are connected properly, and switches or buttons are in the correct position.
3. Look for Obvious Issues
Check for loose wires, error messages, unusual sounds, or anything broken or damaged.Restart the device, clean it if needed, or follow basic instructions from the manual or textbook.
