  1. Define cloud computing.
    Cloud computing is the delivery of computing services like storage, software, and processing over the internet.
  2. Differentiate between SaaS and PaaS.
    • SaaS (Software as a Service): Provides ready-to-use software over the internet. Example: Google Docs.
    • PaaS (Platform as a Service): Provides a platform for developers to create and manage applications. Example: Google App Engine.
  3. Write one advantage of using cloud storage.
    One advantage is that files can be accessed from anywhere using the internet.
  4. Name the cloud service provided by Google.
    Google provides Google Drive.
  5. Write two differences between Google Drive and OneDrive.
    • Google Drive is provided by Google, while OneDrive is provided by Microsoft.
    • Google Drive works closely with Google Workspace apps, while OneDrive integrates with Microsoft Office apps.
  6. Write the steps to upload a folder on Google Drive.
    1. Open Google Drive.
    2. Click the New button.
    3. Select Folder upload.
    4. Choose the folder from the computer.
    5. Click Upload.
  7. What are advantages of cloud computing? 
1 Cloud computing helps us to open files on any device.
2 It helps us to save backups of music, photos, and files safely.
3 Cloud services help companies to store large amounts of data securely.
4 It saves storage space on our computer.
5 It allows people to work together in real time online.

8. Explain how to share a file through OneDrive.
    1. Open Microsoft OneDrive.
    2. Select the file you want to share.
    3. Click the Share option.
    4. Enter the email address or copy the sharing link.
    5. Send the link or invitation to others.
